Below is the standard accessibility information for Cbus Super Stadium, from time to time specific events will require specific accessibility information – this will be noted where applicable on the specific event page.

At Cbus Super Stadium we are committed to delivering fair and equitable access and experiences to all our events for all patrons. This includes providing services for people with various levels of disability.

 

ACCESSIBLE SEATING AND TICKETS

 

We want everyone to have a great experience at Cbus Super Stadium. All accessible seating has a clear path from your entry gate to your seat, with customer service staff available to help you find your way.

Tickets for accessible seating can be purchased directly through the ticketing provider for those who have a wheelchair, companion card or ease of access requirement. Companion cards are accepted for most events.

 

*Please note you may be asked for permit numbers or the like to confirm your requirement for these seats.

 
ACCESSIBLE PARKING

On event days, a limited number of complimentary PWD car park spaces are available on Stadium Drive (Eastern side of venue). This parking is available for holders of Australian Disability Parking Permits (purple/blue) ONLY.  Due to the limited number of accessible spaces, there is no parking available to holders of red Queensland Disability Parking Permits. Please see below for drop off and shuttle bus options for these patrons. 

Parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Individuals must display their permit at all times and spot checks will occur to ensure that pass holders are travelling within the vehicle. 

Please Note: Vehicles parked in this area will be restricted from departing from approximately 30-40 minutes prior to the end of the event, until up to 45 minutes post event. The Queensland Police Service lock down the local traffic area during this time to ensure the safe egress of Stadium patrons along local roads. 

 

ACCESSIBLE DROP OFF

Guests can be dropped off in Stadium Drive (between Cheltenham Road and Promethean Way). This is located closest to Gate C/D entry. 
 

ACCESSIBLE SHUTTLE BUS

The venue's FREE park and ride offers an accessible shuttle bus. This service operates from Firth Park located on Somerset Drive, Mudgeeraba). This shuttle is available to holders of a disability permit, as well as individuals with other accessibility requirements or injuries (subject to capacity). Parking is available within close proximity to the bus departure point. Low level accessible buses perform these designated trips.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING AND FACILITIES

 

Gates and Entry Points - All Gates have accessible access paths for patrons. Gate B provides access to the Level 1 concourse via lift; and Gate A (corporate and non-event day function entry) has lift access from the Ground Floor to each level of the Western Grandstand. 

Seating - All designated accessible seating is located without the need to utilise the stairs, or is accessible via lifts. Please see the staff at your gate for the best route to your seat.

Amenities - Accessible toilets are located throughout the venue. Please see the friendly event staff inside the venue to locate the closest amenities to your seat.  Corporate guests have accessible toilets within corporate spaces also.
