What is Cbus Super Stadium’s seating capacity?

Cbus Super Stadium has 27,794 seats.  In concert mode the venue can host up to 40,000 spectators (subject to final staging configuration).
 

Can I hire out a function space at Cbus Super Stadium on non-event days?

Can I hire out Cbus Super Stadium for a particular event or activity?

Cbus Super Stadium is capable of staging a wide range of small and large scale events, as well as activities such as film shoots, corporate days, product launches and more. To enquire about hiring the stadium, please visit our Stadium Hire page or Contact Us directly.

 
How do I book or enquire about event day corporate packages?

All event day corporate packages are managed by the hirer of the event you are attending. For corporate packages for Gold Coast Titans NRL home games at Cbus Super Stadium, please contact the Gold Coast Titans. For special events including concerts, please contact the concert promoter directly.


What is the dress code for corporate facilities?

It is recommended that all corporate guests wear smart casual attire and abide by the dress standards required by your corporate host.  More information will be provided by the venue hirer prior to events.

 
Can I see inside Cbus Super Stadium on a non-event day?

Cbus Super Stadium has a team of dedicated volunteers who conduct Venue Tours by request.  Bookings are essential. To confirm your place on a tour or for private group booking enquiries, please call (07) 5656 5500 or email tours@cbussuperstadium.com.au.
 

Can I attend my team’s training sessions?

Open training sessions are at the discretion of the team. For all enquiries regarding opening and closed training sessions, please contact your team directly.

Where can I view my gate entry location?

Can I smoke inside Cbus Super Stadium?

Cbus Super Stadium is a smoke (and vape) free venue. Patrons must exit the stadium if they wish to smoke. Please retain your ticket and collect a “pass-out” from a stadium staff member at the allocated exit points.
 

Can I purchase merchandise at Cbus Super Stadium?

The availability and locations of merchandise are at the discretion of the venue hirer.  There is a Merchanise outlet opposite Aisle 18 on the Eastern concourse.

 
What happens when bad weather is forecast for an event?

Cbus Super Stadium is an outdoor, open-air facility. An event may be delayed if adverse weather is experienced, however, this decision is determined by the club or event promoter.  Patrons should check Cbus Super Stadium’s Facebook for updated details, and prepare for wet weather by bringing jackets or ponchos. Umbrellas are not permitted to be used inside the seating bowl or concourses during the event as they block the view of other patrons.

 
Can I exit and re-enter Cbus Super Stadium during an event?

If you wish to exit and re-enter Cbus Super Stadium at any time during an event, please retain your ticket and collect a “pass-out” from a stadium staff member at the allocated exit points.

 
Will there be road closures around Cbus Super Stadium during events?

Road closures may be in place around Cbus Super Stadium before, during and after major events. Please follow directions given by Queensland Police, traffic controllers and traffic signs during these times. Will there be 'Full-Time Field Time' access after all Gold Coast Titans matches at Cbus Super Stadium?

Post-match footy is subject to venue management decision on the event day and may be cancelled due to weather or other reasons.

 
What should I do if I experience anti-social behaviour at an event?

What accommodation options are close to Cbus Super Stadium?

Quest Robina is the closest accommodation option located only 200m from the venue on Centreline Place.  The Gold Coast suburb of Broadbeach also provides a range of accommodation options, as well as being located close to designated transport options for travel to Cbus Super Stadium. Please consult with your local travel agent for specific accommodation options relevant to your own circumstances.


Can I arrange for a personal message to be put up on the big screens during an event?

All message enquires must be made with the sporting club or venue hirer for an event (e.g. Gold Coast Titans).  The stadium is not able to provide permission for these messages, and any enquiries will be referred to the sporting club or hirer.

Patrons may be subject to bag checks prior to entering the venue. Please refer to our Conditions of Entry for a full list of permitted and prohibited items. 

    


What food and drink can I bring into Cbus Super Stadium?

Patrons are not permitted to bring in food or beverages from commercial takeaway and fast food outlets. However, homemade food (sandwiches/cakes/muffins), fruit, poppas, personal quantities of lollies/potato chips/biscuits, baby food, food required for special dietary or allergen requirements, thermos with tea/coffee, sealed bottled water (up to 1 litre) and personal water bottles are permitted. Food and beverages can also be purchased inside the venue.


Can I bring in a backpack?

Bags are permitted inside Cbus Super Stadium provided they are smaller than an A3 size piece of paper.  Larger bags will need to be cloaked at any of the free cloaking facilities located at Gate A, Gate B and Gate D. Avoid delays by leaving large bags at home.


Can I bring in an esky?

Soft eskies are permitted so long as they fit under your seat and are within the permitted bag size limits (under A3). Hard eskies are not permitted into Cbus Super Stadium.


Can I bring in my camera?

Cameras with a lens length no greater than 200mm are permitted into Cbus Super Stadium. The use of photographic, video or audio equipment for commercial purposes is not permitted. Video and/or audio recorders, commercial digital equipment, camera tripods and/or monopods may be refused entry.


Can I bring in a poster, flag or banner to support my team?


Posters, flags and banners are permitted for most events, however this is at the discretion of Stadium management and the venue hirer. The following are not permitted:

  • Those that contain offensive wording or political messaging
  • Larger than 120cm x 60cm
  • The flagpole must be no greater than 1.5m in length and 2cm in diameter.

All items larger than the listed size must be pre-registered and approved by the venue prior to event day. Emails should be sent to info@cbussuperstadium.com.au


Are umbrellas allowed in the stadium?

Umbrellas are permitted but cannot be raised inside the venue during play as they block the view of other patrons. We recommend that you bring a jacket or poncho if rain is forecast.


Can I bring my child’s stroller into Cbus Super Stadium?

Strollers are not allowed to be used within the seating bowl. Strollers must be checked into the free cloaking facilities located at Gate A, Gate B or Gate D, or stored under your seat if possible.


Can I bring hot drinks into Cbus Super Stadium?

Thermoses containing tea and coffee are allowed. These may be checked by security due to liquor licencing requirements.


I have a medical condition that requires me to bring in something on the prohibited list. What should I do?

If you would like to bring in a prohibited item due to medical reasons, please contact us prior to attending the event on (07) 5656 5500 or info@cbussuperstadium.com.au


Can I bring my mobility scooter in?

Mobility scooters (not a golf buggy or similar) are allowed into the stadium seating area. They are permitted only in the disabled seating areas in the stadium facing the field of play. Patrons must sit on their scooter if allocated a space in these areas.  Patrons are advised to pre-purchase tickets and advise Ticketek that a mobility scooter will be utilised.  

Some scooters may need to be cloaked at the venue. The Venue Management decision will be final in determining if the scooter may be in the seating areas or cloaked. For full details please contact Cbus Super Stadium on (07) 5656 5500 during business hours.

Can I park at Cbus Super Stadium?

Cbus Super Stadium is a public transport destination. There are no public car parks available on event days and two minute parking limits apply across streets within the Robina Traffic Area on event days.


How do I get to Cbus Super Stadium?

Public Transport is the best way to get to Cbus Super Stadium and is included FREE with your ticket on all Surfside Busline services, Queensland Rail City Network trains and G:Link services. Free travel is available from 4 hours prior to the main event until 4 hours post the end of the event. 


You must present your valid match day ticket to access any of the free public transport services. Free travel is not valid on Airtrain or Brisbane City Council ferries.


Where can I catch a designated Shuttle Bus to go to Cbus Super Stadium?

Free shuttle bus services operate for some events from the following areas: 
 

  • The Park and Ride located at Firth Park in Mudgeeraba;
  • Broadbeach South G Link station on the Gold Coast Highway in Broadbeach (near Pacific Fair); and
  • Outside the Burleigh Heads Primary School on the Lower Gold Coast Highway.
 

Note: Shuttle buses do not operate for all events. Please check the specific event page for more information. 

Shuttle buses are free for ticket holders - make sure you have your event ticket to gain access. 


How often do the Shuttle Buses run?

Event day shuttle bus services commence 20 minutes prior to the advertised gates open time, and will run approximately every 15 minutes.  Buses will run in this manner until approximately 20 minutes prior to the kick off of the main game, and then recommence at the end of the event. How do I get to the Park 'n' Ride at Firth Park?

The Park and Ride facility at Firth Park is located on Somerset Drive in Mudgeeraba. The closest exits to Firth Park from the M1 Motorway are Exit 80 heading North, and Exit 79 or 82 if heading south.


Is there accessibility parking at Cbus Super Stadium?

Cbus Super Stadium has a limited number of complimentary disabled car park spaces located on the Eastern side of the venue on Stadium Drive for individuals with a valid Australian Disability Parking Permit (ADPP). These spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Individuals must display their ADPP at all times and spot checks will occur to ensure that pass holders are traveling within the vehicle. 

Due to the limited number of disabled car park spaces, there is no parking available at the stadium to holders of red Queensland Disability Parking Permits (QDPP).  Holders of QDPP can be dropped off in Centreline Place (near Gate B) or catch the designated accessibility bus provided from Firth Park, Mudgeeraba.

What is the closest train station to Cbus Super Stadium?

Robina Railway Station is located approximately 350 metres south of Cbus Super Stadium.  There is a lift available for those with mobility issues. Visit Translink to plan your journey.


What is the closest bus station to Cbus Super Stadium?

Robina Bus Interchange is located directly adjacent to Robina Railway Station, approximately 350 metres south of Cbus Super Stadium. There are also a number of other bus stops in the local area. Visit Translink to plan your journey.


Is there a taxi rank at Cbus Super Stadium?

The taxi rank is located on Promethean Drive (outside Club Lime) and operates on major event days only. View the Cbus Super Stadium Map for more information.


Is there a ride share zone at Cbus Super Stadium?

The ride share drop off and pick up zone is located on Sports Way (next to SunKids). View the Cbus Super Stadium Map for more information.


Do I get free public transport with my event ticket?

Yes! Your event ticket includes FREE public transport to and from Cbus Super Stadium on all regular Queensland Rail train services and Surfside bus services. You must have your event ticket to ride. Visit Translink to plan your journey.


Can I get free public transport if I have not collected my event tickets yet?

Patrons must be able to present a valid event day ticket to be entitled to the free public transport.  Patrons who choose to collect their tickets at the venue on an event day will only be entitled to a free return journey on public transport.


How do I apply for coach parking?

Coach operators MUST apply for a parking permit as there is limited capacity in designated on-street parking zones for coaches. Visit the coach parking section of our Getting Here page for more information. 


Is there somewhere to leave a bicycle?

Bicycle racks are located external to Cbus Super Stadium on the North and the East.

Tickets for all events held at Cbus Super Stadium should only be purchased through official ticketing providers.

 
 

Where can I buy tickets for events at Cbus Super Stadium?

The best way to purchase tickets from official ticketing providers for events is to click on the event on our 'What's On' page and select 'Get Tickets'.
 

Can I buy tickets at Cbus Super Stadium on the event day?

Provided an event is not sold out beforehand, tickets are available for purchase and collection from gate opening times on event days. Ticket offices are located at Gate B and Gate D. Please note some ticket offices may be closed depending on the event.


Are there alcohol-free seating options?

Some events offer alcohol-free seating options. Patrons are not permitted to consume any alcohol in these areas and are perfect for family groups.



Does my child need a ticket?

Depending on the event you are attending, your child may not need a ticket if they do not occupy a seat. This is up to the discretion of the club or promoter. Please contact the relevant venue hirer for more information.

For the NRL, you do not require a ticket for a child 4 years old or under, but they are not entitled to a seat and must sit on the lap of an adult.  Children from the ages of 5 – 14 years must have a junior/concession ticket.

How do I make group ticket bookings?

Groups booking of 10 or more tickets should call the official ticketing partner. You can find specific ticketing partners by clicking the 'Buy Tickets' button on the event listing within our What's On page. 


I want a refund on my ticket. What should I do?

Contact the official ticketing provider of your specific event. They will only offer a refund when an event has been cancelled or rescheduled, or where required by Australian Consumer Law. You can find specific ticketing partners by clicking the 'Buy Tickets' button on the event listing within our What's On page. 



I have injured myself and would like to relocate to more accessible seating. What should I do?

Please contact the events official ticketing provider if you would like to change your original seating location due to medical reasons.


How do I qualify for a concession ticket?

Concession availability and entitlements vary from event to event, depending on the club or promoter. Information about concession tickets will be provided at point of sale on the official ticketing providers website.


Are my seats under cover?

A portion of stadium seating is under cover.  Due to the open plan design of the stadium, there can be no guarantees that you will remain dry should rain and wind occur, regardless of your seating location.  The drip-line (where the edge of the roof lies) is between rows 10 to 15. What is a restricted view ticket?

A restricted view seat refer to seats that may be located in areas with sightline limitations at the event. This could be a result of the seat being behind a glass panel, or a camera or tower partially blocking your view. To see the view from your section, check out the Cbus Super Stadium Map.


How are the rows numbered?

Row 1 is located at ground level, and then work backwards.


Where should I buy tickets if I want to sit behind the players benches?

For Titans home games, the team will enter the field of play nearest to seats located in Aisle 4.  Away teams enter the field of play nearest to seats located in Aisle 7 and 8.

Is accessible seating available at Cbus Super Stadium?

Accessible seating is available at Cbus Super Stadium on all sides of the venue, and can be purchased through Ticketek. To book an accessible seat, please contact Ticketek's Special Needs call centre on 1300 665 915 (Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm AEST).  Please see the staff at your gate for the best accessible route to your seat.


Are accessible toilets at Cbus Super Stadium?

Accessible toilets are located throughout Cbus Super Stadium. Please see the friendly event staff inside the venue to locate the closest accessible toilet to your designated seating location.


How do I access stadium PWD seating?

All designated accessible seating is located without the need to utilise the stairs. Please see the staff at your gate for the best accessible route to your seat.

Are there water bubblers inside Cbus Super Stadium?

Water bubblers are available on Level 1 near Aisle 2 and Ground Level near Aisle 18.


Are there parents’ rooms and baby changing facilities inside Cbus Super Stadium?

There are parent’s rooms incorporating baby changing facilities throughout the concourse areas at Cbus Super Stadium. View the Cbus Super Stadium Map for more information.


Is cloaking available at Cbus Super Stadium?

Free cloaking is available at Gate A, Gate B and Gate D. Collection can be made up to 30 minutes post match. After this, items will be returned to the Venue Management Office for collection.  


Do you have ATMs?

ATMs are currently not available inside the stadium. All merchandise and catering outlets are equipped with EFTPOS facilities. In this current climate, cash is not accepted at any of our outlets. 


Do you have First Aid facilities?

First Aid facilities are available on Level 1 near Aisle 1 and Ground Level near Aisle 18.  


Where can I go to collect lost property?

Items left at the Stadium on event days can be collected from Cbus Super Stadium Office at Gate A during regular business hours.

 

How do I get a Resident Parking Permit?

Please contact the City of Gold Coast Licensing and Approval Department on (07) 5667 5987 for any enquiries relating to authorised resident and visitor permits.  Permits are issued directly by the council on an annual basis to those who are eligible under the scheme.  Vehicle and pedestrian access to streets within the area will be maintained at all times except under the direction of police during stadium egress.


Can I get passes for visitors to my property?

Visitor access passes are no longer issued by the stadium under the new scheme.


I’m a Stadium Drive resident, what do I need?

Stadium Drive residents (including Riverlily and Vue) are issued Cbus Super Stadium Resident Stickers at the commencement of each year. This sticker provides access to their property through the traffic control point at the intersection of Promethean Way and Stadium Drive.  


I am a new Stadium Drive resident.  How do I get Resident Vehicle Stickers?

Please visit the Cbus Super Stadium Reception during office hours, or contact us on (07) 5656 5500 to collect or arrange for Resident Vehicle Stickers for your property. If attending the office, please bring along current ID showing your valid address.


When does the Robina Stadium Traffic Area commence on an event day?

Please refer to the signs located at entry points to the Traffic Area which will advise dates of upcoming major event days in the week preceding the event.  On street parking is restricted to two minutes unless a valid City of Gold Coast permit is displayed on the vehicle.  

Please contact us via email at locals@cbussuperstadium.com.au if you wish to be added to an email distribution list sent out the week prior to each major event at the venue, detailing event and traffic information.


Are there any road closures under the new Robina Traffic Area arrangements?

A partial road closure of Stadium Drive with contra flow operating on event days.  Access is only permitted for bona fide residents with a Cbus Super Stadium Resident Vehicle Sticker.
 
In addition, Cheltenham Drive (westbound) may be closed between Robina Town Centre Drive and Laver Drive with access only permitted for bona fide residents of Woody Views Way, La Hacienda and Maximes.

Queensland Police Service will delay access to other roads by up to 60 minutes during stadium egress for the safety of road users and stadium guests.  These roads include Stadium Drive, Laver Drive, East Lane, Cheltenham Drive (eastbound), Cheltenham Road, Sports Way, Robina Station Road, Paddington Place, Promethean Way, Promenade Avenue and Centreline Place.  All other roads remain open during an event for resident and visitor access.
 
On street parking is restricted to two (2) minutes unless a valid City of Gold Coast permit is displayed on the vehicle.  City of Gold Coast enforcement officers patrol the traffic area.
