To assist you prior to visiting Cbus Super Stadium, we have compiled the following list of frequently asked questions and answers:

PARKING AND TRANSPORT

Can I park at the venue?

There is no general public parking at the venue on an event day.  Limited parking is available to purple (ADPP) Disabled Parking Permit holders only.

I have a disabled car parking permit. Is there any available disabled parking on site?

There is parking available to purple (ADPP) Disabled Parking Permit holders only.  This parking is on Stadium Drive on the Eastern side of Cbus Super Stadium.  No passes are provided by Cbus Super Stadium for Disabled parking areas, and all parking is offered on a first come, first served basis.

Due to the limited number of disabled parking spaces, there is no parking available to holders of red (QDPP) Disabled Parking Permits.  Holders of red (QDPP) Disabled Parking Permits can be dropped off in Centreline Place or catch the designated Disabled bus provided from Firth Park, Mudgeeraba.  Please refer to the ‘Parking’ section of this website for further information.

What is the closest rail station to Cbus Super Stadium?

Robina Rail Station is located within walking distance (approximately 350 metres) from Cbus Super Stadium.  There is a lift available for those with mobility issues.

Is there a taxi rank?

There is a taxi rank located in Centreline Place (adjacent to Gate B) on event days only.

Do I get free public transport with my event ticket?

Free public transport is provided to major events on Surfside bus and QR train services to patrons in possession of their event day ticket on the day you are attending the event. Free travel is not valid on Airtrain or Brisbane City Council ferries

Can I get free public transport if I have not collected my event tickets yet?

Patrons must be able to present a valid event day ticket to be entitled to the free public transport.  Patrons who choose to collect their tickets at the venue on an event day will only be entitled to a free return journey on public transport.

Where can I catch a designated Shuttle Bus to go to Cbus Super Stadium?

Free shuttle bus services are provided from the Park and Ride located at Firth Park in Mudgeeraba.  Free shuttle buses will also be provided from the Broadbeach South G Link station on the Gold Coast Highway in Broadbeach, and from outside the Burleigh Heads Primary School on the Gold Coast Highway, upon presentation of an event day ticket.

How often do the Shuttle Buses run?

Event day shuttle bus services commence 30 minutes prior to the advertised Gates Open time, and will run approximately every 15 – 20 minutes.  Buses for Titans home games will run in this manner until approximately 30 minutes prior to the kick-off of the main game, and then recommence at the end of the event.

How do I get to the Park and Ride at Firth Park?

The Park and Ride facility at Firth Park is located on Somerset Drive in Mudgeeraba. The closest exits to Firth Park from the M1 Motorway are Exit 80 heading North, and Exit 79 or 82 if heading South.


CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

What food and drink can I bring in through the gates?

Patrons are generally not permitted to bring in any food or beverage from commercial outlets. This includes food from takeaway and fast food outlets.  Homemade sandwiches, cakes and biscuits are permitted in appropriate packaging.  Sealed 600ml bottles of water are permitted.  Refer to the full Terms and Conditions of Entry for more information.

Can I bring in an esky?

Soft eskies are permitted so long as they fit under your seat.

Can I bring in my camera?

Personal cameras are permitted but we cannot judge your camera without seeing it.  All cameras will be checked by security at the gates, but as a guide lens strength must be no greater than 200mm (as shown on the lens), and lens length must not exceed 300mm (30cm) when open.  Video cameras and tripods are not permitted. 

Can I bring in a flag or banner to support my team?

Flags or banners are permitted provided they do not contain offensive wording and are no larger than 120cm x 60cm. Supporting poles are to be lightweight wood or plastic and must be no wider than 2cm and no longer than 90cm.  Any flag or banner larger than this size may be permitted provided it is pre-registered with Cbus Super Stadium prior to an event day.  Please contact the Venue Management Office on (07) 5656 5500 for further information.

Are umbrellas allowed in the Stadium?

You are able to bring an umbrella to the Stadium, however they are not allowed to be open while you are in the Stadium.

Can I bring my child’s stroller into the Stadium?

Strollers are not allowed to be utilised within the seating bowl. Strollers must be lodged in the cloaking rooms, or stored under your seat if possible.


TICKETING

Tickets for all events held at Cbus Super Stadium can be purchased through Ticketek on 132 849 or at www.ticketek.com.au

Are there ticketing Box Offices at Cbus Super Stadium?

There are two (2) Ticketek Box Offices at the venue, located at Gate B and Gate D.  Both Box Offices are only open on event days.

Are tickets available at the Gate?

Provided an event is not sold out beforehand, tickets will be available for purchase at the venue on an event day.

What does Unlicenced mean?

Patrons are not permitted to consume any alcohol in Unlicenced seating areas.

Can I bring my mobility scooter in?

Mobility scooters (not a golf buggy or similar) are allowed into the stadium seating area.  They are permitted only in the disabled seating areas in the stadium facing the field of play.  Patrons must sit on the vehicle if allocated a space in these areas.  Patrons are advised to pre-purchase tickets and advise the ticketing agent that a mobility scooter will be utilised.   Scooters may also be lodged with a cloaking room. The Venue Management decision will be final in determining if the scooter may be in the seating areas or cloaked.  For full details please contact the Venue Management Office on (07) 5656 5500 during business hours.

Are there alcohol-free seating options?

There are generally Unlicenced seating options made available for all events.

How do I make group ticket bookings?

Groups booking ten (10) or more tickets should call the Ticketek Group Booking line on 1300 364 001.

What is a restricted view ticket?

A restricted view at Cbus Super Stadium generally refers to seats located directly behind glass panels along stairwells.  It is classified as a restricted view due to the top of the glass panel possibly being at a patron’s eye level when sitting in their seat.

How are the rows numbered?

Row 1 is located at ground level, and then work backwards.

Where should I buy tickets if I want to sit behind the players benches?

For Titans home games, the team will enter the field of play nearest to seats located in Aisle 4.  Away teams enter the field of play nearest to seats located in Aisle 7 and 8.


DISABLED SEATING

What disabled seating is available?

There is disabled seating available in all stands, and in various price categories.  Contact Ticketek for further information.

Is there wheelchair access to all seating areas?

All designated disabled seating is located without the need to utilise the stairs, or is accessible via lifts.

Is there a drop off point for disabled patrons arriving by car?

Disabled patrons with appropriate Disabled Parking Permits can be dropped off in Centreline Place.


CORPORATE FACILITIES

What is the dress code for corporate facilities?

It is recommended that all guests to corporate facilities wear smart casual attire, and also abide by any dress standards advised to you by your corporate hosts prior to attending any event.


STADIUM FACILITIES

Is there a TAB?

There are no TAB facilities at Cbus Super Stadium.

Can I hold a function at the venue?

There are various rooms at Cbus Super Stadium suitable for hosting functions, meetings and business events.  Please contact O’Brien Group Australia on (07) 5554 9200 for information regarding availability and pricing.

Are there parent’s rooms and baby changing facilities?

There are parent’s rooms (incorporating baby changing facilities) throughout the concourse areas at Cbus Super Stadium. Refer to the Venue Map for more information.

Is there a cloaking room?

There are cloaking rooms located adjacent to Gate B and Gate D. Items can be left with venue staff for collection at the conclusion of the event.

Do you have EFTPOS facilities?

There are EFTPOS facilities available for purchases made in the food and beverage outlets.  No cash out will be provided.

Where are the ATM’s located?

ATM’s can be located on the Eastern Concourse near Gate D and on Level 1 on the Western Concourse.  During large events, further ATMs can be found on the North or South Concourses.

Do you have First Aid facilities?

First Aid rooms are located on the Eastern Concourse (between Gate D and Gate E) and on Level 1 of the Western Concourse on event days.

Do you have public telephones?

There are no public telephones at Cbus Super Stadium.

Is there somewhere to leave a bicycle?

Bicycle racks are located external to Cbus Super Stadium on the North and the East.


GENERAL INFORMATION

What is the seating capacity at Cbus Super Stadium?

The seating capacity is 27,400.

Are pass-outs available?

Pass outs are available from venue staff at each gate. Patrons must be in possession of their event ticket and pass-out to re-enter the stadium.

Are my seats under cover?

The majority of stadium seating is under cover.  Due to the open plan design of the stadium, there can be no guarantees that you will remain dry should rain and wind occur, regardless of your seating location.  The drip-line (where the edge of the roof lies) is between rows 10 to 15.

Do you sell merchandise on event days?

Merchandise outlets are located on the Eastern Concourse, and Level 1 of the Western Concourse.  Hirers may also choose to utilise merchandise vans outside of the venue in the precinct areas.

Where can I go to collect lost property?

On event days, any located property can be collected from the Lost and Found Office located adjacent to Gate D.  On non-event days, please contact the Venue Management Office on (07) 5656 5500 to determine if your property has been located, or to arrange collection.

Where can I stay close to Cbus Super Stadium?

The stadium is located in a predominantly residential area.  The Gold Coast suburb of Broadbeach provides a range of accommodation options, as well as being located close to designated transport options for travel to Cbus Super Stadium.  Please consult with your local travel agent for specific accommodation options relevant to your own circumstances.

Can I arrange for a personal message to be put up on the big screens during an event?

All message enquires must be made with the venue Hirer for an event (e.g. the Gold Coast Titans).  The stadium is not able to provide permission for these messages, and any enquiries will be referred to the Hirer.


LOCAL RESIDENTS

When are Resident Vehicle Passes provided to locals?

All homes located within the Traffic Management Plan area surrounding Cbus Super Stadium are provided with two (2) Resident Vehicle Passes – these are hand delivered to every letterbox prior to the first event of every calendar year.  These passes enable residents to access their streets only, and are not a parking permit.

I need more than the two (2) Resident Vehicle Passes that you delivered, how do I get more?

Cbus Super Stadium is happy to provide local residents within the Traffic Management Plan area with extra passes.  Please visit the Venue Management Office at Cbus Super Stadium in person, or contact the office on (07) 5656 5500 to collect or arrange for extra passes for your property.

Can I get passes for Visitors to my property?

Cbus Super Stadium can provide local residents within the Traffic Management Plan area with Visitor Vehicle passes for family and friends.  Visitors must be in possession of this pass prior to accessing the Traffic Management area on an event day.  Please visit the Venue Management Office at Cbus Super Stadium in person, or contact the office on (07) 5656 5500 to collect or arrange for these Resident Visitor passes.  If attending the office, please bring along current ID showing your valid address.

I did not receive my Resident Vehicle Passes this year, how do I get some?

Please visit the Venue Management Office at Cbus Super Stadium in person, or contact the office on (07) 5656 5500 to collect or arrange for new passes for your property.  If attending the office, please bring along current ID showing your valid address.

I am new to the local area around Cbus Super Stadium. How do I get Resident Vehicle Passes?

Please visit the Venue Management Office at Cbus Super Stadium in person, or contact the office on (07) 5656 5500 to collect or arrange for Resident Vehicle passes for your property. If attending the office, please bring along current ID showing your valid address.

When does the Local Area Traffic Plan commence on an event day?

The starting time for event day road closures varies depending upon event requirements and the instructions of the Police on duty.  Please refer to the signs located at entry points to the Traffic Management Plan area, which will advise locals of the period of road closures on event days.  Please contact the Venue Management Office via email at info@cbussuperstadium.com.au if you wish to be added to an email distribution list sent out the week prior to each event at the venue, detailing available event traffic information.


NO SMOKING POLICY

Can I smoke inside the venue?

Cbus Super Stadium is a no smoking venue.  Smoking is only permitted in areas 4 metres from any gate or door.


STADIUM OPERATING HOURS

What are the opening hours of the Venue Management office on non-event days?

The Venue Management Office is open from 8.30am to 5.00pm.  Access is via Gate A on the Western side of Cbus Super Stadium.

Do you offer stadium tours of Cbus Super Stadium?

Stadium tours are able to be pre-arranged.  Please refer to the Venue Tours section of this website for further information.

Can I go inside Cbus Super Stadium on non-event days?

The general public is not permitted access to Cbus Super Stadium on non-event days, unless on a pre-arranged stadium tour.  The general public is permitted to walk around the external areas of Cbus Super Stadium.  The field can be seen from the South East corner closest to Gate C.
